Royal Heights Rest Home has been designed from ground up to hospital specifications, each room is fitted with 24-hour emergency call buttons and their is full wheelchair access, including wheelchair toilets and showers. Nursing care is tailored to the needs or each individual resident. Caring staff are on hand to assist with dressing, bathing, meals and laundry as and when required, and regular consultations can be scheduled with your doctor. Our staff can also help patients and their carers access relevant Government advice and assistance. Regular activities, outings and various learning programs organised by the diversional therapist are important aspects of maintaining our residents’ mobility and sense of well-being. |

Additionally, family and friends are encouraged to visit as often as possible and, if practical, to take their loved ones out for coffee or lunch or dinner, just as they would if this was a private home.
